Chief Minister's Message
During my Suraaj Sankalp Yatra, I travelled over 14000 Km. throughout the State, and saw for myself the people of Rajasthan struggling and suffering from the lack of basic amenities, despondent and bereft of hope.
People of Rajasthan, It is what enthuses me to work harder and better, every single day.
One person, however, cannot make all the difference. It is the synergy I am blessed to receive so much love, affection and support of the of Government, Civil Society and YOU - a 'Team Rajasthan' that will help realize our dream of a New Rajasthan.
I am part of a 'Swabhimani Rajasthan' and I truly take pride in my State.
Our utmost effort is to provide the people of Rajasthan with thoughtful, sensitive and effective governance that serves the needs of all sectors in a consequential way. A healthy, educated, gender sensitive, prosperous and happy Rajasthan that stands spirited on the foundation of a strong infrastructure.
When all communities work harmoniously towards one goal, we will be able to build a new and progressive Rajasthan that will stand out amongst developed and leading states of the country. We will ensure that views of all sections of society are taken into account and voices of the most vulnerable would be heard in decision-making.
To ensure that Rajasthan enters the golden era of development, our Government has set a goal of Vision-2020 and has initiated efforts for actualizing the dream of a New Rajasthan. Five priority sectors have been identified in the Vision document - promoting investment, reducing unemployment, improving the economy, education and skill development.
I call upon you - the people of Rajasthan - to promote and strengthen the traditions of peace, harmony and brotherhood that our State is honoured for. We will lead, excel and exceed with the pledge of working together - 'Aao Saath Chalen'.
